Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from receipt of your item to request a return.

The item must be in the same condition you received it—unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging—to be eligible for return. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Returns sent without prior authorization cannot be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If an item is defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can assess and resolve the issue.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
The following types of items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)

  • Custom-made or personalized products

  • Personal care products (e.g., beauty items)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards. If you have any questions about a specific product, please get in touch.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the one you have, and once your return is approved, place a separate order for the new item.

14-day EU Right of Withdrawal
Notwithstanding the above, if goods are shipped within the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. The same conditions (unused, tags attached, original packaging, proof of purchase) apply.

Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know if your refund is approved. If approved, your refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional processing time with your bank or card issuer. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us at venanciomartgo@gmail.com.
